The Community Living concept for people to live, work, and play together. Our Georgian Rooms are tastefully designed, fully furnished, with incidentals and utilities covered by one bill. Catering to various living styles and tastes, the main value of the experience is access to the community.
Georgian Room Living Spaces
Each fully furnished Georgian Room offers flexible and functional space with ample storage. Every Georgian Rooms is illuminated by a large Georgian window which floods the space with natural light during the day.
Each Georgian Room has been custom designed and incorporates space optimising multifunctional furniture to provide comfortable areas for cooking, living, dining and sleeping, with a private En-Suite and shower room and a fully equipped kitchenette
All utilities such as heating, electricity, water and rates are bundled into the overall monthly cost.
Social Spaces
Social engagement is encouraged at 9 The Crescent; with multiple comfy common areas to share with your neighbours such as the communal Drawing Room, Library and Movie room.
Large communal Kitchen and Dining area are located at Garden Level fully equipped to host guests and dinner parties.
Working Spaces
Each Georgian Room comes complete with an integrated work desk for those who want a quiet private work space.
The private library room facilitates quiet study or work in a friendly, communal atmosphere.
9 The Crescent, comes with high speed broadband and charging points throughout the building .
Garden Space
Coming Soon: There is a focus on thoughtfully designed outdoor engagement space. Exercise is encouraged and plenty of bike storage is provided for within the architectural design, with areas where residents can congregate for small events or just as a space to chill with friends after a hard day’s work.
